We want you and your little one to love every Copper Pearl piece, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to return shipments.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
